You may want to note the following before purchasing an item from this company:

On the positive side:
1) I found the quality of the product I purchased to be excellent

On the negative side:
1) The shipping time is uncertain and can take several weeks
2) The pictures on the website are NOT accurate
3) Because the website pictures are inaccurate, it is easy to buy the wrong item and get charged a **25%** restocking fee. Therefore, if you choose to buy something, i suggest only buying 1 item and making sure it is what you need, before you get hammered for the return shipping and restocking fee
4) When returning an item, it can take them up to a week to generate a Return Merchandise Number. I have never come across another company that cant generate an RMN right on the phone or online. In addition, you only have 2 weeks to get the items you purchased back to the company- or they wont accept them. As a result, if you miss the email with the RMN, you are now the proud owner of merchandise you dont want or need.

Overall, i found the buying experience more expensive and more trouble than its worth.

Pulls are very high quality. Solid not stamped steel. I ordered 8 of these to go on lingerie chest I made. Very HAPPY with order. I will be ordering more for my next project.
