This is a little bit different from the run of the mill chime. It works well with our light fixtures and just kind of blends in. My electrician had no trouble installing. Nice clear sound....

This bell is a little pricey. But I love it. It has a beautiful clear tone that I can hear in the back of my shop, even my mother who is hard of hearing can hear it.
